Paragraph 1 : General provision

The present conditions govern the sales by LECONFORTALAPLAGE.COM of nights of furnished apartments of short duration. Under no circumstances will the customer be able to claim any right of retention at the end of the period initially stipulated in the contract.

Paragraph 2 : Use of Place

The guest will enjoy the rental in a peaceful way and make good use of it, according to the destination of the place. The furnishings remain the property of LECONFORTALAPLAGE.COM including during the stay of guest. Attention: as soon as the guest takes possession of the premises (entrance to the apartment), the responsibility for any damage caused in the apartment is transferred to him. At his departure, the guest agrees to make the apartment as clean as he found it on arrival. Otherwise € 60 will be charged on the deposit for cleaning fees. The rental can not in any case benefit third parties. The landlord shall provide the dwelling as he has described it and will keep it in a state of service. The number of occupants can not under any circumstances exceed the capacity indicated without the prior written consent of the owner. A supplement will be calculated in proportion to the number of people. The furnishings remain the property of LECONFORTALAPLAGE.COM including during the stay of customers.

Paragraph 3 : Inventory of fixtures

The inventory of fixtures and various equipment will be made at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner and the guest and will bear the signature of both parties. Guests must return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival, with the exception of dirt caused by normal and acceptable use of accommodation.

Paragraph 4 : Price

The prices of our rentals are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order). All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros. We guarantee you the lowest prices if you order on our website www.leconfortalaplage.com. If you find your booking on another website such as Airbnb.com or Booking.com at a price lower than your reservation, contact us immediately. We will refund the difference, provided that the reservation is exactly the same as on our website (same apartment, same dates, same number of people, etc.). LECONFORTALAPLAGE.COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the rent will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. Cheques are not accepted.

Paragraph 5 : Order

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to book an apartment without the consent of a parent or guardian. Paragraph 6 : Confirmation of order

Paragraph 8 : Payment and security deposit

Payment of your purchases is made by credit card on the website www.leconfortalaplage.com. At the arrival of the customer in the rental a deposit of 400 euros will be automatically reserved on the credit card which will have been used for the payment of the stay by the secure software of reservation. The deposit will not be debited from your bank account (the collection depends solely on the damage caused). It will be returned to the customer, after the contradictory inventory of exit or will be returned to him within 7 days, deduction made, if necessary, of the cost of restoration of the places and the expenses of replacement of the elements and equipment put available. The customer will receive a notification email. This period can not exceed 60 days. Guests are responsible for the apartment’s equipment during their stay as well as for any kind of breakage or loss in the apartment, such as damage or loss of materials, equipment, keys, etc. In the event that an object is lost or damaged, the owner or representative may request a refund or may deduct it from the amount of the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the cost of repairs or replacement, then you will be asked to pay the difference. Paragraph 9 : Conditions of cancellation and interruption of stay

All reservations are final and non-refundable. In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, and if the responsibility of the owner is not questioned, there will be no refund, except the deposit in the conditions indicated above.

Paragraph 11 : Responsabilities

The proposed rentals comply with the French legislation in force. LECONFORTALAPLAGE.COM can not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of furniture rental. Leconfortalaplage.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused by the improper use of the accommodation, including without limitation: destruction, loss after fire, theft, crime, accidents or other types of damage. Paragraph 12 : Inssurance

Paragraph 13 : Applicable law in case of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will be the only competent.
